Broken Suji Wheat Porridge

Rinse the Broken wheat well.

Pressure cook the broken wheat for 2 - 3 whistle by adding little salt and enough water.

When the pressure is fully released, add grated coconut and coconut milk.Mix well.

This is purely an optional step. Heat ghee in a pan. Add sliced pearl onions and fry till light golden brown. Once done add them to the broken wheat.

Serve hot with pickle and papad.
