Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsPaneer
  2. 150 gmsMatar or peas
  3. As required Oil
  4. 1 spoonCumin seeds
  5. 1/2 spoonTurmeric Powder
  6. As per tasteSalt
  7. 1 spoonKashmiri red chilli powder
  8. 1 spoonCoriander powder
  9. ForGravy
  10. 2Onions
  11. 3Tomatoes
  12. 1Green chilli
  13. 1 inchGinger
  14. 6-7 clovesGarlic
  15. As required Water

Cooking Instructions

    Take a blending jar and add onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilli to it and blend into a smooth paste.

    Take a pressure cooker, add oil to heat up. Once heated add cumin seeds to it. Once cumin starts to crackle then add the gravy paste. Cook it till it turns golden brown. Add turmeric, salt, chilli powder and coriander powder to it and cook till masala leaves the side of the cooker. Add matar to it and put the lid on. Cook till two whistles then add the paneer cubes to it. Add enough water to form a thin gravy. Boil for a minute then put the heat off. Add Coriander leaves to finish off.
