Cooking Instructions

Soak your beans for at least 10 minutes

In a clean pot add your beans an add in your salt and curry and cook for 30 to 40 minutes till soft and tender

Then drain excess water and mash into fine paste

Then add in your carrots, onion and shredded fish into the mashed beans
- 5
Add in your seasoning and spices and your hot peppers paste
- 6
Give it a good stir and scoop to form a ball

Put your balls into flour to coat

Form your batter add all ingredients and add water, not too thick nor too runny
- 9
Dip your balls into the batter and fry
- 10
Fry till golden brown, enjoy them while they are hot...
