Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 cupbread crumbs fresh
  2. 2 tbsghee
  3. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  4. 1 cupmango pulp
  5. 500 mlmilk
  6. 1 handfulcashew
  7. Almonds for garnishing
  8. Few pieces of mango for decoration
  9. 4 tbssugar
  10. 2 tbsmilk powder

Cooking Instructions

    First arrange the ingredients sugar cardamom powder milk powder and milk.

    Heat a pan add ghee and just melt add bread crumbs and roast it for a minute

  3. 3

    Now add milk 250 ml and mix well an give a good boil to make thick add more milk and milk powder sugar and cardamom powder.

    Add a hand ful of cashew and stir continuously if u feel very thick u can add more milk. As the consistency u want.

    Now switch off the gas and completely cool the bread kheer now.If it is hot then no taste of mango so cool it nicely.

    Now add mango pulp and mix well.Garnish with almonds pieces and mango pieces. Super delicious bread mango kheer is ready to serve and enjoy with guests and family.
