Peanut Butter Sauce

I always thought of giving some keto dressing a try. I didn’t wanted anything cheesy. Plus I had unsweetened peanut butter at home. Thought of giving this “Thai Peanut Sauce” an Indian twist.
I added some chilli sauce (spicy), soy sauce (tangy) and to balance it out, some Honey.
P.S. - Sorry for not having enough photos

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add all ingredients, except water, into a food blender and blend it for a 30 seconds. Note - Start with adding little salt and add more after blending only if required.
- 2
A thick paste would be formed. Add some water (1/4 cup) and blend again. Keep adding water and blending according to the desired consistency. I put around 1/3 cup, that’s why thick.
- 3
After getting the required consistency, pour the sauce into a jar and use it as a salad dressing.

Braised Pork Ribs in Peanut Butter Sauce Braised Pork Ribs in Peanut Butter Sauce
This recipe also was inspired to me from one of Sachie ‘s recipe. She used just soy sauce and honey, but as I loved peanuts, I added them to the recipe. I also like a little tartness in my ribs so I added vinegar. I found that the one- hour and 20 minutes cooking was perfect for the consistency of the meat. But next time, I will definitely get ribs with little more fat and a little less meaty than the ones I got this time. 2choi -

Quick and easy spinach with peanut sauce Quick and easy spinach with peanut sauce
My first experience with Thai food was as a young adult, in my 20s. I was introduced via a dish called Showering Rama consisting of spinach sauteed in a deliciously rich peanut sauce. I was absolutely hooked! It's one of my favorite Thai dishes to this day. Tonight I made a version of it using 3 ingredients: fresh spinach, a commercially prepared Thai peanut satay sauce, and some crushed honey roasted peanuts. Christina T -
