Cooking Instructions

Take 2 eggs. Add salt to water in a pan with water. Boil the eggs on medium to low flame.

Put the hot boiled eggs in ice cold water. This way egg will not have black tint on it. Cut the eggs in two pieces.

Collect ingredients:- Fennel Seeds, Yellow Mustard Seeds, Green Chillies Chopped.

Ginger Chopped, Lemon Juice, Salt.

Mustard Oil, Red Chilli Flakes, Kalaunji.

Dry roast all spices and coarse grind it in ' imaam bista'

Heat Mustard Oil till burning point. Switch off the flame. Bring it to the room temperature.

This pickle may be stored till 2-3 months by adding white vinegar. This pickle gets ready to Serve after 48 hours. Keep it in sterilized glass airtight container for long life.
