Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 4tomatoes
  3. 2onion
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  5. 1 teaspoonBayleaf
  6. 1 garlic & chopped ginger Cloves
  7. 6whole black pepper
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, turmeric powder & red chilli
  10. 6green chillies
  11. 1cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the onion into slices, chopped tomatoes..

  2. 2

    Take a pan put oil add cumin seeds,bay leaf,clove,whole black pepper than add onion fry till colour changes into pink.

    Than add chopped tomatoes,all species, salt & 6 chestnuts now cover the pan & cook for 6 mins on low flame than add 2 cup of water cook for 5 mins and keep a side to cool the mixture...than make a paste in grinder for gravy

    Take a pan put paste and cook for 5 mins then add cubes of paneer mix well and garnish with coriander & grate paneer...no need to add water in gravy....if you want more gravy you can add one cup milk
