Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmakai (maize)flour
  2. 1 tspghee
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 cupBoiled water

Cooking Instructions

    First, boil the water in a pan add salt and ghee into it.

  2. 2

    Turn off the flame. Take kneading plate or parat. Take maize flour into it.

  3. 3

    Now add boiled water into flour and mix it properly with spoon.

  4. 4

    Knead the dough using cold or normal water. Knead it until it becomes soft.

  5. 5

    Now make ball size dough of it.

  6. 6

    Take nonstic pan /tawa preheat it for 2 to 3 minutes.

  7. 7

    Now roll bhakris with rolling pin dust it with maize or wheat flour. Cook it on both sides.

    After that take it off the roasting plate and apply some ghee on it. Serve with your favourite bhaji....
