This recipe is unique because I made sambhar masala by own.

Cooking Instructions

Mix semolina,curd,water and salt.keer it aside for half an hour.

For tadka,take a pan add oil then mustard seeds and curry leaves,saute it for 1-2 minutes and add it in the semolina batter.

Now take idli maker add water to it and heat it till water starts to boil, now after half an hour add eno to batter and constantly stir it so that eno will thoroughly mixed.

Now grease the idli pan moulds and pour idli batter to it.

After 10-15min your idli will ready to serve.

For sambhar- add arhar daal in cooker with lauki, brinjal, pumpkin, onion, potato and tomato, turmeric powder,salt and water.

Before start to prepare tadka first take some imli and add water to it and boil it for sometime.

After it cools down take out imli Water with the help of Channi.

Now add oil to the kadai, mustard seeds, curry leaves,green chilli, onion, tomatoes.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, Fenugreek seeds powder, and imli Water.stir it for 2-3 minutes then add boiled veggies to it.

Cook it for 8-10 min and add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and at last coriander.
