  1. 1 cupspinach(washed with water)
  2. 1/2 cupfrozen banana
  3. 1 cupwater (per glass)
  4. 1/2 cupyogurt/almonds milk
  5. as requiredChia seeds(presoaked in water)

Cooking Instructions

    Take grinder and add water in it. Add spinach leaves and frozen banana in it and grind it. Then add curd in it and grind it again until it forms into smoothie.

    Pour it in glass and add some presoaked chia seeds in it.

    Our yummy tasty and healthy banana Spinach smoothie is ready.

    Tip: if you are using almond milk then skip curd and water. Add almond milk in equal proportion to water.
