Ingredients

  1. 1 cup dry roasted rolled oats,
  2. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  3. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  4. as per taste ,salt
  5. As neededChopped veggies and fruits your choice
  6. 1 tspchat masala,
  7. 2-3 tbsp green boiled moong

    In a mixing bowl take oats,moong and your chopped veggies and fruits mix all togther then add the species and lemon juice mix all togther and enjoy it..while serving I m.putting on the top flax seeds you can put roasted peanuts and coriander leaves too..
