Ingredients

  1. 6 cupBasmati rice
  2. 1/2 cupcarrot
  3. 1/2 cupButter Beans
  4. 1/2 cupcauliflower florets
  5. 1/2 cupPotato
  6. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  7. 3 tbsp Ghee
  8. 1medium size onion
  9. 3 tbsp oil
  10. 1Bay leaf
  11. 4-5cloves
  12. 2-3cardamom
  13. 5-6pepper corn
  14. 3-4star anise
  15. 2cinnamon stick
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 7-8Cashews
  18. 7-8raisins

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the carrot, beans, potato into square pieces. Keep all milk masala ready.

    In rice cooker, add oil and ghee. Add all masala and onion. Roast it few minutes.

    Add vegetables and salt. Let it cook.

  4. 4

    Cook the rice and drain the water. Keep it aside

  5. 5

    Add rice in the masala. Mix it well. Add half cup water if required.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with Kadhi.
