  1. 3 tablespoonsoats
  2. 5dates seedless
  3. 2 cupsmilk
  4. 1 medium sized sliced banana
  5. 1 teaspooncinnamon powder
  6. 1 teaspooncocoa powder
  7. 1 tablespoonchopped almonds
  8. As RequiredIce optional
  9. as requiredHoney optional

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take 1 cup. of milk and soak the oats and dates for 20 minutes.

    Take the rest of milk and the soaked milk with dates and oats in a grinder. Add the remaining ingredients and make a smooth shake.

    Now add ice and honey and grins it once again. Serve it chilled
