This is typically a Moroccan salad. I have made this salads with available fruits. You can add any types of fruits you like as well as availability of them. Nuts have been roasted. I used maple syrup, black pepper spray and pink salt. The nutty smell and sweetness of dates make it a perfect breakfast.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1green apple
  2. 1red apple
  3. 1guava
  4. 1Pears
  5. 1 Tbspcashews
  6. 1 Tbsppistachios
  7. 1 Tbsppumpkin seeds
  8. 1 Tbspchopped almonds
  9. 1 Tbspwalnuts
  10. 10pited dates
  11. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  12. 1 tspmaple
  13. 1 tsppink salt
  14. 1 pinchsalt
  15. 1/3dry ginger powder
  16. As requiredSweet tamarind

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash, dry and chop the fruits. Chop pited dates. Dry roast nuts on low flame.

    Mix all chopped fruits and take in a serving plate. Sprinkle roasted nuts including dates. Sprinkle salt, pepper and maple syrup and serve. I like to have sweet tamarind.
