Ingredients

  1. 20Dates
  2. 1/2 cupMixed Dry Fruits
  3. 1 tspGhee

    You have to remove all the seeds of dates and client in a mixture jar to make a fine paste

    Now take all the dry fruits and roast them in 1 tsp of ghee. Now take out in a bowl.

    Grind the dry fruits after cooling them and make a coarse powder. Now in this powder add paste of dates.

    Now mix both the items very well. Now Greace the modak mould with ghee and start filling this mixture in it.

    Take out these modaks in a plate. Now the modak are ready for Lord Ganesha. Enjoy this sugar-free recipe.
