Fox-nut laddoos are surely those mouthfuls which are easy and quick to make and a healthy,happy pick!

It is super flexible in terms of the choice of sweetener or dry fruits … so make as you like!

Tips:
> do add crushed nuts OR coarsely powder the nuts to get those delicious crunchy bites
> can add cardamom powder or ginger powder to bring in that flavour
> can add mishri powder instead of dates
> can add sesame or any other seed of your choice
> can include cashew nuts or any other roasted nut to try a different combination
> can bake the nuts and seeds instead of roasting

Ingredients

10-12 laddoos
  1. 2 cupstoasted and powdered Foxnuts
  2. 1 cuproasted and ground almonds
  3. 1/4 cuproasted and ground pistachios
  4. 1/2 cuptoasted and ground walnuts
  5. 1 tbspeach roasted and crushed flaxseeds & chia seeds
  6. 2 cupsdeseeded, soaked and ground Dates
  7. 1 tbsphoney
  8. 1 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Assemble, toast and prepare all the ingredients except honey and ghee

  2. 2

    Mix well.Add honey and ghee as required to bind the mixture as laddoos.

  3. 3

    Roll them in desiccated coconut.Store and eat these nutritious laddoos.
