Beetroot is a powerful antioxidant which reduce the risk of heart disease. This is folate rich which support muscle recovery. It is a good source of potassium and other minerals. Beetroot is also useful in increasing haemoglobin (HB) levels.
Cooking Instructions

Firstly, wash the Beetroot. Then boil the beetroot, cool it. Peel and then grate the Beetroot.

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, salt to taste, turmeric, asafoetida, sugar, and grated beetroot to it. Mix well.

Now, add little bit of water and knead the dough medium. Grease with oil. Rest the dough for 10 minutes. Now make equal size dough balls.

Meanwhile, heat the pan and grease it with oil.
Take one dough ball and roll it gently to Paratha. Put the rolled paratha on the pan. Apply oil / ghee / butter and roast both the sides on golden color. - 5
Serve hot with Mint Coriander Chutney or tomato ketchup or pickle.
