  1. 200 gnoodles boiled
  2. 100 gcarrot grated
  3. 100 gcabbage grated
  4. Fresh coriander stems
  5. 100 gmushroom chopped
  6. 1capscium chopped into strips
  7. 1onion chopped
  8. 1green chilli chopped
  9. 8-10 clovesgarlic. Chopped
  10. 1 tbspoil
  11. 1/2 tspsalt
  12. 1 tbspsriracha sauce
  13. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  14. 1tomato chopped
  15. 4 cupsvegetable stock
  16. 1 tspsugar
  17. 2green chillies chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the water, add noodles add salt and a tsp oil. Cover and keep aside for 10mts. Drain and keep aside

    Now in a pan, add oil, chopped garlic, green chillies.and onion, saute for 1-2mts. Now add tomatoes and salt. Cook upto tomatoes are tender.

    Now add remaining vegetables. And mix. Add coriander stems. Add red chilli powder, sugar and sriracha sauce, vegetable stock

    Cook for 5 to 10mts. For serving add noodles in bowl, pour the soup over it and serve hot
