Ingredients

30 mts
2 servings
  • 3-4bitter gourd cut into round
  • 1 tbsp+1tsp salt
  • 4 tbspgram flour
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 4 tspjaggery powder
  • 1 tspdry mango powder
  • 1/2 tspcardamom seeds
  • 1/2 cupbuttermilk
  • Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Cut the gourd apply salt and keep aside.

    In gram flour add all the spices, and buttermilk to form a batter

    Wash the gourd after 15 mts. Pat dry, dip in the prepared batter and deep fry. Serve hot with dates chutney
