Soya Kabab is a healthy vegetarian snack prepared with minced Soya Chunks and seasonings.It is a perfect protein rich appetizer to relish with family and friends.Serve it hot with onion rings and tomato sauce and relish with a cup of evening tea or as a party starter.
Cooking Instructions

Pressure cook soya chunks with 1 cup water with a pinch of salt upto 2 whistles. Drain water and squeeze out excess water from chunks.

Put it in a blender or food processor and pulse once or twice till chunks are minced.Add all spices, salt to taste, chaat masala, breadcrumbs and roasted gramflour. Also add finely chopped onion, green chillies,chopped capsicum and coriander,ginger garlic paste and kasoori methi.Mix all ingredients well and divide dough into balls.

Give them a desired shape oval, finger like or like a round disc.Make a slurry of maida or cornflour.Dip each kabab in this slurry and coat with breadcrumbs. Freeze them for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry them in medium flame till light brown and crispy.

Serve hot Soya Chunks Kabab with onion rings and tomato sauce as an evening snack or as an appetizer at parties.
