Palak Paneer (In Restaurant Style)

Ingredients

  1. 250 gmPaneer
  2. 25-30Spinach Leaves
  3. 3-4 Tomato
  4. 1 InchGinger
  5. 1-2 Green Chilli
  6. 1/2 Bowl Fresh Cream
  7. 1/2 BowlFresh Curd
  8. 2 TbspGhee
  9. 1 PinchAsafoetida
  10. 6-7 Black Pepper
  11. 1Cardamom
  12. 1Black Cardamom
  13. 1-2Dry Red Chilli
  14. 1-2 Bay Leaf
  15. 3-4 Cloves
  16. 1 InchCinnamon
  17. 1/2 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
  18. 1/2 TbspTurmeric Powder
  19. 1/2 TbspCoriander Powder
  20. 1/2 TbspKasuri Methi
  21. 1/2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  22. 1/2 TbspPaneer Masala
  23. 1 TbspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kadhai add water. Turn on the flame and boil the water. Boil it on high flame. Add spinach leaves in the hot water. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on high flame. Then pour the cold ice water on the leaves.

    Take a kadhai add 1 tbsp oil let it heat. Add Bay leaf, cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, ginger, green chilli, chopped tomato, spinach and mix it for 4-5 minutes on low flame. When the tomato cook little soft turn off the flame add little water and let it cool down. Take out the ingredients in the blending jar. Blend it into paste. Filter the with the help of sieve. Paste is ready to cook.

    Heat the kadhai again add 2 tbsp ghee and let it heat. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, dry red chilli then add paste stir it. Add all spices and mix it well. Cover the pan and cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Turn off the flame and add little bit curd. Mix it well. Turn on the flame and add fresh cream and mix it. Add some grated paneer and mix it gently. Add paneer cubes gently stir it.

    Garnish with little fresh cream and grated paneer and serve hot. Palak Paneer is ready. Take out in a bowl. Serve it with roti....😋😋
