In a pan, add 1 tb ghee and 1 tb oil and add paneer cubes

Cook for 2-3 min and set it aside

In same pan add ginger, garlic and 1-2 green chilli and cook it

Add 2 onion and 2 tomato (big slices)

Add cashews

Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 3-5 min by covering the lid of pan

Let the mixture cool down, then blend it in a jar to make smooth paste

In a pan add 2 tb oil and add mixture

Mix it and cook properly

Add turmeric powder and red chilli

Mix and again cook for 3-5 min by covering the lid

Add 1/2 cup curd at low flame and mix it instantly

Add coriander powder and salt

Add 1 cup water

Mix and cook for 5-7 min by covering the lid

Add paneer cubes and mix well

Add shahi paneer masala and kasuri methi

Cook for 3-5 min and off the flame

Add fresh cream and mix well

Ready to serve
