Muesli is a breakfast cereal that contains oats, seeds, nuts, and dried fruits. Compared to sugary breakfast cereals, muesli is a healthier option. Muesli is full of ingredients that can aid your digestion, help you feel fuller, and protect your heart. Muesli may be a great food to add to a healthy diet.

I prepared my breakfast with a readily available muesli pouch. I included oats, fruits, dried cranberries, yoghurt and milk. I think this is the easiest and most healthy and long lasting and delicious too.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/3 cupmuesli
  2. 1/3 cupoats
  3. 3plums washed and chopped
  4. 1desi banana sliced
  5. 1/4 cupfresh yoghurt
  6. 1 Tbspdried cranberries
  7. 2 Tsp (more) honey (optional)
  8. 1 glassmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Arrange the ingredients first. Take muesli in a bowl. Add chopped plums and sliced banana.

    Next place fresh yoghurt at the centre with a few dried cranberries.

    Now sprinkle the oats and pour warm milk before serving the breakfast.
