Cooking Instructions

These roll I prepared from left over roti dough. The dough has contents like wheat flour+ salt + oil + water. Let us prepare stuffing first.
In a large muxing bowl add all chopped veggies. cabbage+capsicum+cauliflower+ spring onion.
you may add veggies of your choice. Add ginger garlic paste. Add black pepper powder & salt. Combine all ingredients well. Keep it aside. - 2
Make roti sized balls from left over roti dough. Dust with dry wheat flour & roll roti, just like normal roti. Now apply schezwan sauce on all over rolled roti. Also apply green paste over spread schezwan sauce in the same way. Then spread ready stuffing on the roti. Sprinkle little wheat flour over spread stuffing. Press stuffing gently so that it will stick with roti.

Start rolling roti making medium sized folds. Press each fold carefully so no stuffing will come out. Elongated single roll should be rolled. Cut roll into small pieces. Place them into a plate. Cover it. They are ready to fry now

Let us prepare slurry to dip roll pieces. In a bowl add wheat flour + sesame+chili flakes + chopped green coriander + salt + water. Make thin consistency of slurry so that each roll gets well coated with slurry.

Dip each single roll into slurry. Coat it with slurry. With the help of slotted spoon take out roll from slurry so that there will not be excess slurry while frying. Deep fry roll into heated oil. Fry over high to medium flame. Fry until nice golden brown color appears & are crispy.

Serve crispy spicy roll with tomato ketchup or green chutney with cabbage salad. Enjoy as a tea time snack.
