Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespooncumin
  2. 1 cupbuttermilk
  3. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  4. 3 tablespooncoconut small chopped
  5. 1medium green chilli
  6. 1medium red chili
  7. 3-4curry leaves
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2 tablespoonoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the pan add 1 tablespoon oil. After heating oil roast cumin. Later add green chilli and chopped coconut and Saute it well.

    After it cool down transfer it to mixer add small amount of water and blend to smooth paste.

  3. 3

    For seasoning:
    Heat the pan with 1 tablespoon oil. Add red chilli, curry leaves and turmeric saute it well.

    Now turn off the flame. Add cumin paste and buttermilk with salt. Mix it well.

  5. 5

    This buttermilk combines well with white rice.
