Ingredients

  1. 7-10 1/2 ozpork
  2. As much as you like water spinach
  3. 2eggs
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. 1 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder
  7. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix with salt and pepper.

    Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, scramble the eggs, and then set them aside on a plate.

    In the same pan, stir-fry the pork cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Once the pork is cooked, add the water spinach stems cut into about 1-inch pieces and stir-fry.

    Add the water spinach leaves and stir-fry until wilted, then add the ☆ seasonings.
