Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CupAlphanso Mango Pulp
  2. 1/4 CupCondensed Milk
  3. 3/4 CupWhipping Cream
  4. 1/4 CupCrumbled Digestive Biscuits
  5. 1 tbspMelted Butter

    Take all the ingredients for Alphanso Mango Mousse.

    Take alphanso mango pulp in a bowl and add condensed milk to it, combine it well together,take a whipping cream in another bowl,

    Now whipp the cream till soft and fluffy, now take half portion of mango purre and condensed milk to another bowl and whipping cream to it and combine well,

    Take crumbled digestive biscuits in a small bowl and add melted butter to it, Now mix well together.Now take the serving glass, add a biscuit mixture, and tap it with a spoon and make a layer. Now add a whipping cream mixture to it and make alyer and freeze it for 5 mins,

    Now add mango and condensed mill mixture on the top and make a layer and refrigerate it for 15 mins,Garnish it with diced mangoes and cherries. Alphanso Mango Mousse is
    Ready to serve.
