Cooking Instructions

Grease your palm, peel the Echor and cut the Echor into pieces, in a wok boil water and add Echor pieces, boil and set aside, cool and mash. Soak moong dal

In a blender add Echor mash, moong dal, ginger paste, coriander paste and blend smooth

Add salt and sugar and mix. Make small balls and in a wok heat oil and fry, set aside

In a wok heat oil, add cumin paste and ginger paste, chilli powder and mix well. Add beaten yogurt and add the Bora, mix well. Add a little water and mix

Let the bora soak well in the Doi and after 2-3 mins, add garam masala powder and set aside

Serve and enjoy 😊
