Cooking Instructions

Wash the ingredients thoroughly. Soak the rice, dal and fenugreek seeds separately for a minimum of 3 hours. Grind it to a fine paste and transfer it to a large container for fermentation.

Add salt to the batter and keep it at room temperature for about 10 - 12 hours for fermentation. Now the batter is ready for making dosa.
