Cooking Instructions

In a skillet, add onion, mushrooms and garlic. Saute in a bit of oil or butter. Brown the ground beef with it

After veggies are softened and beef is cooked, add flour and soup packet. Mix well

Add beef consomme, pepper and stir well. Cover and simmer on low.

Boil water and cook noodles per package instructions.

Turn heat off skillet and add sour cream. Mix well. Serve on top noodles with parsley.

I come from a family of 8 so as a kid my mom liked to cook easy inexpensive dishes that went along way! Some how the beef cubes turned to hamburger meat, the noodles to brown rice..added celery and there ya have it-Mom's Hamburger Stroganoff!:) Hope you enjoy!
