  4. 3-4brinjal
  5. 1 1/4 cupssurti papdi
  6. 3/4 cuppurple yam cut into cubes
  7. 3/4 cupyam peeled and chopped
  8. 1/4 cupfresh toovar dana
  9. 2 tbspoil
  10. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  11. 1/4 tsphing
  12. 1 pinchsoda bi-carb
  13. to tastesalt
  14. 1 cupfreshly grated coconut
  15. 1/2 cupfinely chopped coriander
  16. 1/3 cupfinely chopped green garlic
  17. 1 tbspcoriander-cumin seeds powder
  18. 2 tspginger-green chilli paste
  19. 1 tbspsugar
  20. 1 1/2 tspchilli powder
  21. 1 tbsplemon juice
  22. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all the veggies in same size

    Take a pan and heat oil in to it

  3. 3

    Add carom seeds and cumin seeds

  4. 4

    Add green chillies

  5. 5

    Now add all the veggies and add 1 cup water

  6. 6

    Cook for 15 minutes on slow flame

  7. 7

    Add ginger garlic paste salt soda and all Masala

  8. 8

    Cook for 3 to 4 visstle

  9. 9

    Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes on slow flame

  10. 10

    Serve with nylon sev and onion
