Ingredients

  1. 2 cupMakki ka aata
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped spring onion
  3. 1 cupchopped coriander
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  6. Water as needed to make dough
  7. as neededOil
  8. Ghee as needed to serve

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add Malai ka Sara, salt, pepper,finely chopped spring onion and coriander with lookwarm water.

    Roll the roti with your hand or roller.

  3. 3

    Heat a tave, when tave become hot, place making roti on it and cook both side by apply some oil or ghee.

    Serve with ghee or butter.
