Kabocha Squash Tart with an Easy Tart Crust Kabocha Squash Tart with an Easy Tart Crust
When I making another tart using the same quick crust recipe, I wanted to make kabocha squash tart too. I tried making one using the same crust, and it turned out quite well.I recommend using the kind of kabocha squash that gets soft and floury when simmered rather than the ones that get really watery. Please adjust the amount of heavy cream within the range of 100 to 150ml.Use less heavy cream to improve the taste of the kabocha squash. This will make the tart more densely kabocha squash flavored. Recipe by Hamumaki cookpad.japan -

Subtly Sweet Orange Flavored Chocolate Truffles Subtly Sweet Orange Flavored Chocolate Truffles
I came up with this recipe after I decided to try adding orange curaçao to the normal truffles that I make. The truffles will be easier to handle if you freeze them before coating them. For Step 1, you can use cling film instead of baking paper.Feel free to adjust the amount of orange curaçao to your taste. It doesn't matter if you don't have any mizuame syrup. If the temperature of the chocolate that you are using for the coating is too high, the ganache inside will melt. The chocolate should be around 30℃. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -
Chocolate orange cloud Chocolate orange cloud
This dessert is chocolate mousse kissed by cheesecake on one cheek and an orange on the other. It wouldn't have been possible without the help of my wife, the resident dessert expert in our house. If your chocolate seizes at Step 1, as mine did, whisk in a tablespoon or two or boiling water to being it back. Robert Gonzal -
