  1. 3/4CupDark Chocolate
  2. 1/2CupFresh Cream
  3. 1CupHung Curd
  4. 2 tbspnHoney
  5. 2 tspCoco Powder
  6. 5-6Digestive/Marie/any other Biscuits
  7. 1/2 tspVanila Essence
  8. 1/2 cupCrush Dates
  9. as neededFew Strawberry/Cherries for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the dark chocolate. Keep aside.

    In a mixture blend dates, hung yogurt,coco powder paste, vanilla essence. Till it's smooth.

    Take a dessert bowl. Line a layer of crumble biscuit and then line another layer of prepared chocolate and dates paste. Repeat this step and cover with remaining chocolate.

    Set to chill in freezer for about 1/2 an hour.

    Garnish with Cherry.
