Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPoha
  2. 1/2 cupGram flour
  3. 1/4 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoonKasuri Methi (crushed)
  6. To tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 teaspoonCrushed pepper
  8. To tasteBlack salt
  9. to tasteChat masala
  10. 2Green chilli (slited)
  11. 2 tbspMustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan, add 2 tablespoon of oil and let it heat properly. Then add slit green chillies into it and let it splutter and add poha into it and and stir fry it and add salt into it and cook it well.

    Take a bowl, into it, add gram flour, salt, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, kasuri methi, crushed pepper and oil (1 tablespoon) and mix it well. Then add little water into it and make a tight dough of it.

    Take plate and grate gram flour dough into it.

    Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the grated gram flour flour and keep it aside in a bowl and mix some black salt and chat masala into it and serve.
