Ingredients

  1. 150 gmspaneer
  2. 1 cupdice bel papers
  3. 1 cupchana gram flour
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 cupgrated cheese
  6. 1/2 tspchilli flex
  7. 1/2 tspchat masala
  8. salt per taste
  9. 4-5Cabbage leaves
  10. 2 tspgrated purple cabbage
  11. 2 tspcorbn flour
  12. 1 tspcoursly black pepper
  13. oil for fry
  14. 2-3green chilli
  15. 2-3 cubebutter
  16. Pinchhing
  17. 2saate sticks
  18. sizzler tray
  19. ice cube

Cooking Instructions

    First merinate bel papers with butter black pepper chilli flex and salt for 10 minutes now make better for paneer pakoda add salt with chilli powder chat masala chopped green chilli hing
    mix well and make us thick medium better
    For nuggets 50 grams grated paneer and grated cheese mix well and add coursly black pepper salt chat masala and chopped chilli and mix corn flour and fry till it turn into light pink colour

    Nuggets is ready now cut paneer in a square piece and deep in better and fry
    and cut in triangle pieces now take a saate sticks and attech dice bel paper and paneer pakoda pieces attech another paper and paneer pakoda pieces right this way make both sticks with bel paper and pakoda now put sizzler tray on a fast flame and keep cabbage leaves and assemble sticks and nuggets spread purple cabbage and sizzle with melted butter and ice cubes mixture
