Ingredients

  1. 4White regular Bread slice
  2. 1/2 cupRose syrup
  3. 1 tablespoonDessiated coconut
  4. 1 tablespoonAlmonds crush
  5. 1 tablespoonFresh chilled malai

Cooking Instructions

    Take the bread slice, cut the small circles out using a cookie cutter or regular water bottles cup.

    Whisk chilled malai and half of almonds together for a minute. Take one bread circle spread chilled Malai on it, and cover it by another circle like sandwich. Like wise prepare all the sandwiches.

    Dip each prepared malai sandwich in rose syrup. And coat each one with dessicated coconut. Garnish with choice of dry nuts, I used almond here. Refrigerate it for 10-15 min.

    Your instant Malai chacham is ready.

    Note: 1.i used rose syrup which i used to make sharbat. 2. No Need to any sweetner in malai we stuffed in to chacham.
