Ingredients

30-35 minutes
7-8 servings
  1. For gulab jamun balls:-
  2. 1 cupkhoya crumbled
  3. 1/2 cuppaneer crumbled
  4. 1 tbspmaida
  5. 1 tbsprose water
  6. as required Ghee or oil for frying
  7. For sugar syrup:-
  8. 2 cupssugar
  9. 1.5 cupwater
  10. 1 tspcardamom powder
  11. 4-5saffron strands
  12. 2 tsprose water

Cooking Instructions

30-35 minutes

    Take a plate add khoya and paneer mix well knead nicely.

    Add all purpose flour, rose water make a dough.

  3. 3

    Make small balls and then deep fry.

  4. 4

    Drain out and keep aside.

  5. 5

    Take a pan add water and sugar add cardamom powder, rose water, saffron strand cook till 2 strings form.

    Add the gulab jamuns into the sugar syrup for 1 hour.

  7. 7

    Serve.
