Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 1 cuptomato puree
  3. 1/2 cuponion paste
  4. 1 tspgingar garlic paste
  5. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  6. 1 tsppaneer masala
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1 tspcoriander
  11. to tastesalt
  12. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok,add onion paste and saute it.

  2. 2

    Add tomato puree and spices and saute it till leave the oil.

  3. 3

    Add some water and boiled it.

  4. 4

    Now add cubed paneer and kasoori methi,mix it well.

  5. 5

    Serve with naan.
