Roast mava in a low flame in a pan.When it gets cooled mix sugar powder,sri nuts and cardamom powder.

To make a sugar syrup take a pan add sugar and water and keep it for 10 min for boiling..

Now add 2 tsp of ghee and 2 tsp all propose flour make a liquid..

Make a smooth dough of flour and ghee in a bowl and let it rest for 15 min make a smooth dough.

Now make a puri of flour and take a little thick and cut 5 puri from the gilaas.

Now put one on one of the paste in each puri an put it on top of it..

Now make a little bigger than it's puri.

Now fill the stuffing in the middle and then put the water on the shore.after which there is stuffing,press the peep on it and the sides will be open so the layer will be formed.

Fry it in low flame..And dip in sugar syrup..
