Ingredients

  1. 1orange carrot
  2. 500 gmmilk
  3. 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  4. 1/2 cupjaggery
  5. 1/2 cupchopped almonds and cashew nuts

    Boil the milk in a nonstick pan

    Grate the carrot.

  3. 3

    Chopped the jaggery.

  4. 4

    Take 1 whistle in cooker of grated carrot.

    Now add this carrot in boil milk.

    After reduce milk add jaggery and coconut.

  7. 7

    Now add dryfruits.

  8. 8

    Cook till batter leave the pan.

    Cool it.

    Now make balls and shape them as.. Modak.

    Modak is ready.
