Ingredients

  1. 1dry coconut
  2. 1/2 litremilk
  3. to tasteSugar
  4. 1 tspcardamonmpowder
  5. 1 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

    First soak dry coconut in water for 2hours.So the coconut outer is little soft to scrape.Take out from water and start peeling the outer skin of coconut like in the picture with knife.

    Cut into pieces the coconut and grind it.

  3. 3

    Take a pan add milk to it when the milk is thick off the flame.Roast coconut in low flame for 5 minutes.Add coconut to milk on the flame.

    Add sugar and cardamom powder when it's dry,add ghee to it and off the flame.Grease a plate set the batter in chakki shape for 3-4 hours and cut in desired shape.
