Ingredients

  1. 1green capsicum thinly sliced
  2. 1red bell pepper thinly sliced
  3. 1yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
  4. 2jalapeños chopped
  5. 1fresh red paprika chopped in slices
  6. 2 tablespoonscottage cheese /Paneer cut into small cubes
  7. 1small onion thinly sliced
  8. 2 tablespooncabbage chopped
  9. 1 tablespooncarrot chopped and blanched
  10. 1 tablespoonboiled peas
  11. 1 tablespoonboiled sweet corns
  12. 1 Teaspoonwhite vinegar or Fresh lemon juice
  13. 1 teaspoonolive oil
  14. 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoonchaat masala
  16. 1/4 th teaspoonsalt or to taste
  17. 1/4 th teaspoon black pepper powder
  18. 1/2 teaspoonoregano

Cooking Instructions

    Transfer sliced bell peppers to a large mixing bowl and add all ingredients except lemon juice and stir well.

    Microwave for 2 minutes so that all the flavors get infused into each other

    Take it out and let it cool.

    Drizzle lemon juice and mix well.

  5. 5

    This salad can be served right away or can be refrigerated.
