  2. 1 bowlmoong dal
  3. 1,1/2 salt
  4. 1/2red chilly powder
  5. 1/2turmeric powder
  6. 2green chili
  7. 2tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    First we cut spinach.

    Then we cook moong dal, spinach tomatoes green chilli in the cooker.

    Then we add all spices and 1 glass water in it and boiled again.

  4. 4

    Last we spread tadka in it (1ts Ghee, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, garlic.)

    Ready to serve palak dal with chapati and rice.
