Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 4thick mooli(radish)
  2. 1/2 cupmustard oil
  3. 1/2 cupwhite vinegar
  4. 1 tbspmustard seed powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspmethi powder
  8. 1/2 tspkalonji
  9. 3green chillies
  10. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel the mooli (radish)properly.

    Now cut into thick pieces.

  3. 3

    Be ready with all the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Mix all the ingredients together and microwave for 5 minutes. Mix well. Pickle is ready to eat.
