作り方

mix crumbs in the melted butter
crumbs should be moist

bake crust for ~10 mins. at 170C
put weight onto crust

make DULCE DE LECHE
1 can of condensed milk - UNopened
- 4
put can onto the side. water must be 2 inches above the can

boil for 3 hours (use a thermo pot to save energy)

wait for AT LEAST 4 hours for milk to cool
open can

use 1/2 can and spread on crust - put in fridge for 1 hour

put on sliced bananas - can also add cinnamon

whip cream and spread onto bananas

put chocolate powder on cream, and serve

put in a small spoonful of milk - melt it in a double boiler

make milk into a spreadable or drizzle-able consistency
コツ・ポイント
1. weigh down the crust when baking and cooling - crust will be crispy
2. do NOT open the can when hot - wait 4 hours
