材料

6 servings
  1. beyond beef 1 pack
  2. yellow or Vidalia onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup (1/2 large)
  3. garlic (minced) 2 cloves
  4. tomato paste 2 tablespoon
  5. water 2 tablespoons
  6. canola oil 1 tablespoon
  7. For the burrito seasoning
  8. ground cumin 2 teaspoons
  9. smoked paprika 2 teaspoons
  10. onion powder 1 teaspoon
  11. dried oregano 1 teaspoon
  12. kosher salt 2/3 -1 teaspoon
  13. freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon

作り方

    Prepare the burrito seasoning. Set aside.

    Oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat.

  3. 3

    Stir the onion and garlic and cook 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add beyond beef, crumbling the beef up into small chunks.

  5. 5

    If a sticky feeling shows in cooking, add seasoning mix.

  6. 6

    Add/stir tomato paste and water. Cook until well blended.

    Ready to assemble!

    NOTE: You can swap to ground meat instead of beyond beef :-)
