Check the recipe ID20690408 to prepare the baby scallops.

In a large pan over medium heat, add oil and butter.

Melt butter in oil. Add garlic, shallot and caraway seeds.

Sauté until the shallots are translucent. Add scallops.

Reduce the heat.

Stir in salt/pepper, slowly let it cook the scallops.

Bring to a boil in a large pot of water. Add pasta and cook.

Reduce pasta cooking time by 1min so we FINISH it in the PAN

Right before adding pasta, add lemon juice and parsley.

Add pasta, toss well until sauce is coated evenly, SERVE!
