Let bread machine mix ingredients and handle first rise.

Roll dough into ball for 15-minute bench time.

Remove air, flatten, then roll into long roll.

Butter pan and place dough roll in for second rise.

Let rise until top peeks over pan edge.

Bake at 150℃ for 10 min, then 200℃ for 10 min.

Cover in aluminum foil and bake at 200℃ another 10 min.

It's done! Remove from pan and let cool.
コツ・ポイント
✪Use mist sprayer to keep dough moist during rise.
✪Cover pan with wet cloth during second rise.
✪Do not preheat oven.
