Gather all the ingredients.

Place the rice into a rice washing colander.

Run water over the rice. Gently wash in a circular motion.

Once water gets milky white, discard water through the holes

Repeat 3-4 times.

After the final rinse, drain the water. Leave it for 15 mins

Place the rice in the rice cooker.

Add soy sauce/sake/mirin/sugar/salt/bonito powder.

Pour the water until the marked water line (mixed 2).

Mix well and level the rice before adding other ingredients.

Place the chicken, carrots, and mushrooms on top of the rice

NOTE: DO NOT mix other ingredients into the rice.

→ If you do, you'll likely have undercooked rice.

Close the rice cooker's lid.

Cook the rice at the regular white rice/mixed rice setting.

Once the rice is done, transfer to the large mixing bowl.

NOTE: If your rice cooker's big enough, mix in it!

Add peas, and use a rice paddle to gently stir and combine.

Transfer the mixed rice into a rice cooker.

Keep it warm until served.
コツ・ポイント
Make sure to not mix up the other ingredients except the dashi and other seasonings.
